| Dear wider Municipalities in Transition community of practice, Our last online session of 2020, this Thursday, will look at a question that the co-guardians have heard asked a lot – in different webinars and virtual cafes, in different projects. You’ve got some good ideas for your community. But how DO you present ideas to your municipality? What approaches might help build interest and commitment from a municipality? This will be a virtual café, a conversation space where you are invited to bring your experiences and let’s discuss what’s worked and what hasn’t worked in different places. Lara Freitas of Ecobairro, Sao Paulo, Brazil, a Municipalities in Transition pioneer community, will bring us some inspiration to start us off, with a mini-presentation about their experiences of presenting ideas to their muncipality.
